Filter Assembly

For best performance and results, the filter assembly must be kept clean.

The filter efficiently removes food particles from the wash water, allowing it to be recirculated during the cycle. For this reason, it is a good idea to remove the larger food particles trapped in the filter after each wash cycle by rinsing the semi-circular filter and cup "A" under running water. To remove the filter assembly, pull the handle in an upward direction. The entire filter assembly (made up of the semicircular filter "A" and the fine filter "B") should be cleaned at least once a month using a soft brush. To reassemble, insert the entire assembly into the dishwasher, by positioning it in its seat and pressing downward.

The dishwasher must not be used without the filters. Improper replacement of the filters may reduce level of the appliance.

Cleaning the Spray Arms

Food particles can become encrusted on the spray arms and block the holes (see Interior view on page 2", letters C & E ).

Check the spray arms periodically and clean them when necessary.

Troubleshooting

If the dishwasher does not function or does not function properly, check the following before calling for assistance.

The Dishwasher Does Not Start

-Is the plug pushed into the socket correctly;

-Is the power on in the house;

-Is the door closed properly?

-Is the ON-OFF switch "ON";

-Is the water supply turned on?

The Dishwasher Does Not Load Water

-Is the water turned on and the hose connected properly;

-Is the water supply to the house on?

-Is there sufficient water pressure?

-Is the water supply hose crimped or bent?

-Is the filter in the water supply hose blocked?

The Dishes Are Not Clean

-Is the drain hose kinked or bent.

-Has the detergent been dispensed?

-Are the spray arms blocked?

-Are the spray arms rotating?

The Dishwasher Does Not Drain

- Is the drain hose kinked or bent.

Lime Deposits or a White Film Form on the Dishes

- Is the rinse aid dosage correct?

If, despite all these checks, the dishwasher still does not function and/or the problem persists, contact you’re nearest authorised service centre and provide them with the following information:

-The nature of the problem;

-The model number (Mod...) and the serial number (S/N...), which are located on the edge of the inner part of the door.
