How the Timer Works
The timer counts down. It can be set for any time between 1 and 99 minutes.

To set timer, press TIMER button once for display to show “00.” Continue pressing button to advance timer by 1 minute per press. To advance timer faster, press and hold TIMER button down.
Timer will start counting down selected time shortly after you stop pressing TIMER button.
During countdown time, display will flash.
Timer can be reset to “00” while it counts down. When the display is flashing, hold the TIMER button until display shows “00.”
NOTE: Timer will shut itself off after 45 seconds of inactivity.
Timer will beep when it reaches zero and will beep again after approximately 30 seconds. Timer will turn off automatically.
NOTE: Timer DOES NOT turn off fryer.
