2.3Optional Equipment

2.3.1Optional Latch Lock Hooks

The Bullardhook has a conventional hook shape with a special, heavy-duty, rotating, spring- loaded, locking latch. The latch remains locked until it is released by the operator. Refer to Figure 2-6.

The Shur-Lochook is a special design hook where the latch remains fixed and the hook swings to unlock. The hook cannot be opened while a load is applied.

Installation of these hooks may change the headroom.
