Striking the Projector Lamp

The menu option PROJ LAMP ON? allows the operator to strike the lamp using the following steps:

1.Press the Menu button to unlock the menu system or to move back up the system to the top level menus.

2.Using the left and right arrows on the Navigation button, scroll through the top level to SET PARAMETERS MENU and press the Enter button to select.

3.Using the left and right arrows on the Navigation button, scroll to

RESET LAMP ON?.

4.Using the up and down arrows on the Navigation button, scroll to YES. Press the Enter button. The lamp will strike after a 90 second delay.

Projector In By DMX?

By default, the menu identifies the input connection, (see “Projector Input Source” on page 3-8). Enabling this option allows you to control this option using channel 11 in the DMX protocol.

To put projector inputs under DMX control:

1.Press the Menu button to unlock the menu system or to move back up the system to the top level menus.

2.Using the left and right arrows on the Navigation button, scroll through the top level to SET PARAMETERS MENU and press the Enter button to select.

3.Using the left and right arrows on the Navigation button, scroll to PROJ IN BY DMX?.

4.Using the up and down arrows on the Navigation button, choose ENABLED to control projector input using the DMX protocol or DISABLED to control projector input using the DL.1 menu.

Iris Version

The menu system has built-in adaptations to accomodate changes to the Iris sensor location and interaction affect made in Version 1.0 of the fixture software.

To identify the fixture’s iris version:

1.Press the Menu button to unlock the menu system or to move back up the system to the top level menus.

2.Using the left and right arrows on the Navigation button, scroll through the top level to SET PARAMETERS MENU.

3.Using the left and right arrows on the Navigation button, scroll to IRIS VERSION. The display will show an iris version of PRE V1.0 or POST V1.0.
