Owner’s Warranty Responsibility:
Warranty Coverage:
As the power equipment engine owner,you are responsible for the
performance of the required maintenancelisted in your owner’s
manual. Honda recommends that you retain all receipts covering
maintenance on your power equipment engine, but Honda cannot
deny warranty coverage solely for the lack of receipts or for your
failure to ensure the performanceof all scheduled maintenance.
As the power equipment engine owner,you s hould howeverbe aware
Honda may deny you warranty coverage if your powerequipment
engine or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, improper
maintenance, or unapproved modifications.
You are responsible for presenting your power equipment engine to a
Honda Power Equipment dealer as soon as a problem exists. The
emission related warranty repairsshould be completed in a
reasonable amount of time,not to exceed 30 days.

Honda power equipment engines sold in the United States and
Canada are covered by this warranty for a periodof two years from the
date of delivery to the original retailpurchaser or the length of the
Honda Distributor’s Limited Warranty
, whichever is longer. This
warranty is transferableto each subsequent purchaser for the duration
of the warranty period.
