4. Brake pedal
The brake pedal is used to slow the tractor.
When you want to bring the tractor to a full stop, be sure to depress the
clutch pedal first, then the brake pedal.

Depressing the brake pedal hard while the tractor is being driven may
cause damage to the tractor drive components unless the clutch pedal
is depressed first.
l
Driving the tractor with the brake pedal partly depressed can damage
the brake lining.

5. Parking brake lock lever
The parking brake lock lever is used when the tractor is stopped.
1. Firmly depress and hold the brake pedal.
2. Push and hold the parking brake lock lever.
3. Release the brake pedal and then release the parking brake lock lever.
4. To release the parking brake, push the brake pedal once.
/xG?iq op erating the tractor with the parking brake locked will result in
severe damage to the brake lining, and could lead to a complete brake
system failure.
