CUSTOM PROGRAMMING

Allows you to customize your workout by letting you create the terrain.

1)Press CUSTOM key once.

2)Choose goal by pressing TIME, CALORIES or DISTANCE key.

) Press the ARROW KEYS to select the desired duration, caloric expenditure or mileage of workout.

) Press ENTER key.

) Set the RESISTANCE PROFILES using the arrow keys and press ENTER after each RESISTANCE SEGMENT is set to the desired level. (Repeat until all 15 segments are chosen.)

NOTE: if STOP key is pressed, it will take you back to the previous segment.

6)Press START to begin program.

Note: to reset the memory press and hold the enter button for 5 seconds.
