The main oven of your new cooker is equipped withan intelligent electronic cooking system that givesyou additional cooking performance, flexibility andfeatures over traditional cooking products.The operation of the controls is covered on “thecontrols”. See cooking charts for temperatures andshelf positioning.Cooking temperature rangesThe intelligent cooking system will automaticallysuggest a suitable cooking temperature for severalcooking modes. It is possibile however to modifythe suggested temperature within a range specific toeach cooking mode.
