The Scanner tab of the HP PrecisionScan Pro Preferences dialog box has checkboxes for enabling:

➊a Preview scan when the scanner’s Scan button is pushed (page 43)

➋best quality scaling (page 43)

➌best quality sharpening (page 43)

➍maximum pixel depth (page 43)

To change settings:

1Select the checkboxes you want to turn on or off.

2Click Apply.

3Click another tab, or click OK to close the

HP PrecisionScan Pro Preferences dialog box.
