To keep your HP OfficeJet working at its best, regularly perform the maintenance described below.

Maintenance tasks (PC-connected)

This section does not apply to stand-alone fax/copier users.

There are several maintenance tasks which help diagnose or solve printing problems. To perform maintenance tasks:

1Double-click HP OfficeJet Manager on your Windows desktop. The HP OfficeJet Manager appears on your PC screen. If you don’t see it, minimize open applications.

2Click Settings on the HP OfficeJet Manager, then select Settings and Maintenance.

Click the Maintenance tab.

Click the button of the task you want to perform.

To see a description of each task, click Help and choose from the list of tasks.
