If you know your printer needs repair, call 1-800-243-9816 to locate your nearest HP-Authorized service provider, or call 800-633-3600 for HP centralized service dispatch.

Post-warranty telephone assistance is available to answer your product questions. Call (1) (900) 555-1500 ($2.50* per minute, U.S. only) or call

1-800-999-1148 ($25* per call, Visa or MasterCard, U.S. and Canada) Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm (Mountain Time). Charges begin only when you connect with a support technician.
