5.Disconnect the cable from the system board connector labeled HLOCK.
To install the Smart Cover Lock, reverse the removal procedure.
Refer to the following image for the location of the slots on the back of the chassis in which to install the lock. When installing, insert the top tabs into the top slots, and then rotate the lock downward. Then install the security screw on the outside of the computer. Plug the connector into the system board connector.
