A impressora não está pegando o papel

■Limpe os rolos que pegam o papel – Poeira de papel, tinta ou outras substâncias ocasionalmente se

acumulam nos rolos que pegam o papel. Quando isto ocorre, a impressora tenta pegar um pedaço de papel porém pára no meio do trabalho de impressão e o indicador luminoso Prosseguir começa a

piscar. Se isto começar a ocorrer com freqüência, limpe os rolos seguindo os seguintes passos:

1Abra a tampa superior da impressora e remova todo o papel da bandeja de ENTRADA.

2Remova a bandeja de ENTRADA apertando os seletores de liberação localizados na parte debaixo da bandeja de ENTRADA.

3Passe levemente um cotonete umedecido em cada rolo que pega o papel enquanto você pressiona e mantém pressionado o botão Prosseguir. Solte o botão Prosseguir e repita

este passo.

NOTA Cada vez que você pressiona e solta o botão Prosseguir, os rolos giram na direção contrária.

4Insira novamente a bandeja de ENTRADA e recoloque a pilha de papel.

5Feche a tampa superior da impressora.
