2.6 NAME

Monitoring can be cancelled by pressing ∧C in the shell where fseﬁle runs.

2.6.3OPTIONS

•–l ,– –list

Show ﬁle ID, current status (dirty, online, ofﬂine), ﬁle size (only when the additional option – –sizeis speciﬁed), and ﬁle name of each ﬁle speciﬁed by FileName....

•FileName...

A sequence of ﬁle names for ﬁles the particular operation is executed on. File names have to be separated by spaces. All ﬁles must be located on the same HSM ﬁle system (except if used with option – –list).

If you specify only ﬁlenames (without paths), the current directory has to be the one where the speciﬁed ﬁle is (was) located.

Filenames that contain spaces must be enclosed in double quotes.

Note:

If certain ﬁle is located on a HSM ﬁle system other than the HSM ﬁle system of the ﬁrst speciﬁed ﬁle, a suitable warning is printed and the ﬁle is not processed.

Display ﬁle sizes. This option can only be used in combination with the

– –list option.

•–D ,– –detail

Display the retrieved data in the ParameterName: ParameterValue format with each parameter in its own line. This option can only be used in combi- nation with the – –listor – –historyoption.
