–V .......... Verbose third–party debugging.

This argument can only be used in combination with the SysDbgFile argu- ment. If it is not used, no events are logged – only the FSE debug ﬁle header is printed.

•SysDbgHSMFS

HSM ﬁle system debugging ﬂags, speciﬁed by a positive hexadecimal inte- ger number of the form 0xNNNNNNNN. These ﬂags enable logging of the events in the HSM ﬁle system ﬁlter. The ﬂags and the corresponding events are the following:

–0x00000001 .......... main HSM ﬁle system ﬁlter execution ﬂow.

–0x00000002 .......... HSM ﬁle system ﬁlter’s hooking to system func- tions.

–0x00000004 .......... virtual ﬁle system (VFS) method calls.

–0x00000008 .......... low level communication between user applica- tions and HSM ﬁle system ﬁlter.

–0x00000010 .......... HSM ﬁle system events.

–0x00000020 .......... read/write/change operations on ﬁle HSM at- tributes.

–0x00000040 .......... locking.

This argument can only be used in combination with the SysDbgFlags argu- ment. If it is not used, HSM ﬁle system ﬁlter event logging is not enabled.

•– –disable–dbg

Disable debugging of FSE processes. Usage of this option overrides current debugging settings in FSE tracing conﬁguration ﬁle (see section FILES), but its effect is limited to the period of time until FSE processes are stopped with the fse command (current FSE session). After the processes are restarted, the settings in FSE tracing conﬁguration ﬁle apply.

Note:

Usage of this option has no effect on debugging of the currently running Back End Agents. However, it has an effect on debugging of the Back End Agents which will be started later in current FSE session.
