Selecting the Signal Connectors and Cables
The monitor features two DVI-D dual-link connectors capable of supporting high resolution digital input.
NOTE The high resolution of the monitor requires a dual-link DVI-D input signal. The monitor can only display a 2560 x 1600 resolution; therefore, the computer must support a high- performance video card that is capable of scaling all video modes to 2560 x 1600. The monitor does not support a VGA (analog) video signal input.
Connect one of the DVI-D signal cables provided to the DVI-D connector on the monitor and the other end to the DVI-D connector on the computer.
The monitor will automatically determine which inputs have valid video signals. The inputs can be selected by pressing the Input button on the front panel. Refer to the Front Panel Controls section for more information.
