4.Turn the top cover upside down with the front toward you.
✎Step 5 applies only to HP Pavilion ze2000 models. See step 6 in this section for information on removing the system board screws on Compaq Presario M2000 models.
5.Remove the two silver PM2.0×4.0 screws that secure the system board to the top cover.
