YouTube Mode

The YouTube Mode allows you to record videos with predefined video settings for easy upload to the YouTube website.

YouTube supports two file upload standards:

•Single File Uploaded. The maximum video file size is up to 100 MB.

•YouTube Uploaded. The maximum video file size is up to 1 GB.

Most uploaded video lengths range 1 to 5 minutes. Therefore when recording video using the YouTube mode, the following applies:

•Recorded videos are set to YouTube standard resolution of 640 X 480.

•Recording automatically stops when the file reaches 100 MB.

Recorded videos in the YouTube mode are stored following the DCF rule, however videos are saved in a specific folder named “_UTUBE”.

•To record a YouTube videos, select from the Video Quality function. Available recording time for a YouTube is up to 10 minutes.
