3. Fit spacer (44) into pawl (27). Then secure to brackets (29) using bolt (35) and nut (52) as shown.
IMPORTANT!
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! It is necessary for all parts to be installed properly for this mechanism to work safely and properly.
