Repair instructions

Fit and tighten the six crankcase bolts to a torque of 8–10 Nm. Check that the crankshaft rotates freely.

Refit the following parts:

•bark rest

•oil pump*

•chain tensioner

•centrifugal clutch*

•fuel tank*

•piston and cylinder*

•generator*

•carburettor base

•carburettor*

•throttle pushrod

•silencer*

•ignition system*

•starter assembly*

•cylinder cover

•clutch cover

•guide bar and chain

NOTE!

If a new crankshaft has been fitted the saw must be run in for 3-4 hours with the carburettor adjusted to the factory set- tings.

Crankshaft complete 340, 345, 350 – reassembly

Fit the crankshaft complete in the crankcase.

350:

Fit and tighten the four bolts holding the spacer from underneath and fit the crankshaft complete in the crankcase.

Refit the following parts:

•piston and cylinder*

•fuel tank*

•silencer*

•carburettor*

•throttle pushrod

•centrifugal clutch*

•generator*

•ignition system*

•starter assembly*

•cylinder cover

•clutch cover

•chain and bar
