Gasoline
•This engine is certified to operate on unleaded gasoline.
•Use good quality unleaded gasoline.
•The lowest octane recommended is 87. If you run the engine on a lower octane than 87 it can result in knocking. This gives rise to a high engine temperature, which can result in serious engine damage.
•When working with continuous high revs (e.g. limbing) a higher octane is recommended.

The following applies to chain saws with catalytic converters:
Gasoline
Always use high grade unleaded gasoline (minimum 95 ROZ). Leaded gasoline will destroy the catalytic converter and it will no longer serve its purpose. The green fuel cap on saws fitted with catalytic converters means that only unleaded gasoline can be used.
For best results and performance use HUSQVARNA two- stroke oil, which is specially formulated for our
WARNING! The catalytic converter muffler
!gets very hot during and after use. This also applies during idling. Be aware of the fire hazard, especially when working near flammable substances and/or vapours.
