Warranty parts must be returned to t he factorywithin 30 days of date of fai lure to
assure
proper
disposition.
Lack of any of the above infor mation may result in the shipm ent oft he wrong part, or a
delay

shipment.
Compressor
Replacement
Procedure
–
Replacement compressors will not be shipped from t he Hussmann factory. They
may be obtained fro m your nearest Copeland Wholesaler.
Your wholesale r will replace, free of charge, a ny compressor found to be defect ive within
twelve months of installat ion, not to exceed twenty months from the da te of
m anufacture, as de termined by the compressor serial number on the comp ressor serial
plate. For any defective compressor beyon d the twelve or twenty month time period, a salvage
val ue credit will be given too partially offset the invoice for the replaceme nt.
