When you press the button to display the menu, information on the current input signal is displayed. If the current input signal matches one of the monitor’s factory preset modes, the resolution and vertical frequencies are displayed. (See page 18 for a list of factory preset modes.) If the current input signal does not match one of the factory presets, the horizontal and vertical frequencies are displayed.

Adjusting the brightness and contrast (BRIGHT/CONTRAST)

These settings are stored in memory for all signals.

1Press the M button to call up the BRIGHTNESS adjustment window, or press the 6 m button to call up the CONTRAST adjustment window.

2Press the </, buttons to adjust the brightness () or contrast (6).

If you are using the sRGB mode

If you selected the sRGB mode in the COLOR MODE ( ) of the COLOR ( ) menu, the following BRIGHT/CONTRAST menu appears on the screen.

You cannot adjust the contrast (6) nor brightness ( ) on this

 

screen. If you want to adjust them, select a mode other than sRGB

in the COLOR MODE ( ) of the COLOR ( ) menu.
