Installing remote control batteries

To install remote control batteries:

1Remove the battery compartment cover.

2Insert the battery into the battery compartment. Make sure that the + and – symbols on the battery match the + and – symbols in the battery compartment.

3Replace the battery compartment cover.

Installing the battery pack

To install the battery pack:

1Make sure that your player is turned off and the AC to DC adapter is unplugged.

2Close the LCD screen.

3Press the battery pack into the back of your player until it locks into place.

When the battery pack locks into place, you hear a click. The battery pack should fit tightly against your player.

Removing the battery pack

To remove the battery pack:

1Make sure that your player is turned off and the AC to DC adapter is unplugged.

2Close the LCD screen.

3Press the release button on the side of the battery.
