Connecting to AC power

To connect to AC power:

1Plug one end of the AC to DC power adapter into the DC jack on the side of your player.

2Plug the other end of the adapter into an AC outlet.

Connecting to a car cigarette lighter

To connect to a car cigarette lighter:

1Plug one end of the cigarette lighter adapter into the DC jack on the side of your player.

2Plug the other end of the adapter into a car cigarette lighter socket.

Charging your player’s battery

To charge your player’s battery:

1Turn off your player.

2Plug one end of the AC to DC power adapter into the DC jack on the side of your player.

3Plug the other end of the adapter into an AC outlet. The power/battery charge indicator lights red. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator turns off. You can unplug the adapter if you want.

Note

Recharging the battery takes about five hours. A fully-charged battery can power your player for at least two hours.
