The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert you to the presence of uninsulated dangerous voltage within your shelf system’s enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock.
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert you to the presence of important operating and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying your shelf system.
Invisible and hazardous laser radiation is present when the disc try is open and interlocks fail or are defeated. Avoid direct exposure to beam.
Ventilation
Slots and openings in the cabinet and the back or bottom are provided for ventilation, reliable operation, and protection from overheating. These openings must not be blocked or covered. Do not block the openings by placing your shelf system on a bed, sofa, rug, or other similar surface.
Water and moisture
To prevent fire or shock hazard:
•Do not expose your shelf system to rain or moisture.
•Do not use your shelf system near water. For example, do not use it near a bath tub, wash bowl, kitchen sink, or laundry tub, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool.
•Do not let water slash or drip onto your shelf system.
•Do not place objects containing liquids, such as vases, on top of your shelf system.
