Listening to a CD

Note

In addition to audio CDs, your boombox can play CD-Rs. A

CD-R must be finalized before you can play it.

To listen to a CD:

1Make sure that the Function switch is in the CD position.

2Press the OPEN button to open the CD door.

3Insert a CD, label side up, into the CD compartment.

4Gently press down on the CD door to close the CD compartment.

5Press the Play/Pause button to start playback.

6If necessary, rotate the VOLUME control to adjust the volume.

7To stop playback, press the Stop button.

Controlling CD playback

To control CD playback:

•To pause playback, press the Play/Pause button. To resume playback, press the button again.

•To skip to the next track, press the Skip/Search Up button. To skip to the previous track, press the Skip/Search

Dn button.

•To search forward through the current song, press and hold

the Skip/Search Up button. To search backward through the current song, press and hold the Skip/Search Dn button.
