DONOTattempttomoveupordownaninclinewithawater,iceoroilfilm.
DONOTattempttodriveovercurbsorobstacles.Doingsomaycauseyourwheelchair
toturnoverandcausebodilyharmordamagetothechair.
DONOTleavethepowerbuttonintheOnpositionwhenenteringorexitingyour
wheelchair.
DONOTstandontheframeofthewheelchair.
LimitedClearanceBetweenFootboardandCaster‐Theuser’sfeetMUSTremaincentered
onthefootboard,awayfromthefootboardsides,whileoperatingthewheelchair.Ifthe
user’sfeetareallowedtorestoffthesideofthefootboardtheymaycomeincontactwith
thecasterpossiblyresultingininjury.
DONOTstandontheflipupfootboard,otherwisedamagemayoccur.Whengettingin
oroutofthewheelchair,makesurethattheflipupfootboardisintheupwardposition.
DONOTstandonthefrontriggings,otherwisedamagemayoccur.Whengettinginor
outofthewheelchair,makesurethatthefootplatesonthefrontriggingsareinthe
upwardpositionormovedoutoftheway.
ALWAYSwearyourseatpositioningstrap.Theseatpositioningstrapisapositioningbelt
only.Itisnotdesignedforuseasasafetydevicewithstandinghighstressloadssuchas
autooraircraftsafetybelts.Ifsignsofwearappear,beltMUSTbereplacedimmediately.
Makesurethedetentballsofthequickreleasepinarefullyreleasedbeyondtheouter
edgeofthetubebeforeoperatingthewheelchair.Otherwise,injuryand/ordamagemay
result.
Keepdetentballsclean.
Beforeperforminganymaintenance,adjustmentorserviceverifythatOn/Offswitchon
thejoystickisintheOffposition.
Avoi dstoringorusingthewheelchairnearopenflameorcombustibleproducts.Serious
injuryordamagetopropertymayresult.
