Administrator Password
If you are unable to perform an administrator login can clear the login information from the local unit with the following procedure:
1.Power off the unit by disconnecting the power cord and the CAT5 cable
2.Remove the cover.
3.Using a jumper cap, short the jumper labeled J7 on the mainboard
4.Reconnect the power cord wait 3 secs.
5.Power off the unit again
6.Remove the jumper cap from the jumper
7.Replace the cover on the device.
8.Reconnect power and the unit will be reset to Factory defaults including all passwords
