Throttle Control
Caution: If the belt cover (see page 3) is removed, you will not have any neutral. This belt cover contains the belt trapout around the engine pulley. The control rod must be assembled exactly as shown in the assembly instructions or you will not have a
neutral.
Note: For ease of assembly place the control lever in the number one
position when installing the belt cover. (See figure 7.)
