5Maintenance

Dismantling and rinsing the dual spout

The dual spout should be dismantled and rinsed daily if milk has been prepared to make sure it functions perfectly. Your ENA will not prompt you to clean the dual spout.

TRemove the milk pipe and rinse thoroughly under running water.

TPress the releasing devices and pull the dual spout down and off.

TPush the milk system down and remove it.

TDismantle the milk system into its individual parts.

TFit the air intake pipe.

TReassemble the milk system, noting the numbering on the parts.

TInsert the assembled individual parts into the dual spout and press them together.

TFit the dual spout on the machine. It will click into place audibly.

TRinse all parts under running water. If there are severely dried on milk residues, firstly immerse the individual parts in JURA Cappuccino Cleaner and then clean them thoroughly.

Changing the filter

EAfter 50 litres of water have flowed through, the filter will cease to work. Your ENA will automatically prompt you to change the filter.

EAfter two months, the filter will cease to work. You can check the elapsed time by referring to the date plate on the filter holder in the water tank.
