1. Press POWER to turn on the JX- S555.

•The POWER indicator lights in green.

2. Press SOURCE SELECT "1" to select VCR1.

•The indicator lights in red.

• If the SOURCE SELECT "1" indicator on

MEMOthe JX-S555 is already lit, it is not required to press the SOURCE SELECT "1" button.

3. Turn the TV on and select the in- put.

•Turn the TV on and select the input connected to the MONITOR OUT terminals on the JX-S555.

MEMO

•When you want to watch a video on another VCR, press the SOURCE SELECT button to select the line number that the VCR is connected to.

Notes:

•Set the LOOP PROTECT button to ON. (☞ p. 19)

•You can not operate the POWER and LOOP PROTECT buttons when the DUBBING LOCK button is pressed. (☞ p. 20)
