•After having replaced the filter, attach the dust container to the motor unit by inserting the ribs on the dust container into the grooves on the motor housing, and locking the dust container by applying a twisting motion.
•NEVER IMMERSE THE MOTOR PART, THE ADAPTER, OR THE BASE, IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS.
•To clean the base or the motor housing, unplug the charger from the wall outlet, and clean with a slightly damp, nonabrasive cloth or towel only. Dry the surfaces before plugging the adapter back into the wall socket. Be careful not to switch the appliance on while cleaning.
Notes:
•Do not wash the filter or the dust container in the dishwasher or in the washing machine. Do not use a hair dryer to dry the filter.
•Always make sure the filter is in place before operating the appliance.
CAUTION
•Never immerse the motor part or the adapter in water or other liquids.
•Empty the dust container after each use.
•Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
•Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids such as gasoline or use in areas where they may be present.
•Do not use the appliance to clean wet surfaces.
•Do not charge the battery if the room temperature falls below 32°F (0°C) or rises to more than 98°F (37°C).
