RECIPES
THAI CHICKEN BURGER
SERvES 2
200g chicken breast sliced i nto two
1 cup (250ml) sweet chilli s auce
¼ iceberg lettuce, shredded
½ medium red chilli, sliced
½ ripe avocado, seed removed and flesh mash ed
¼ bunch coriander leaves
2 slices tasty cheese
2 crusty rolls
Preheated Kambrook Stainl ess Steel Health
Grill until green ‘READY’ lig ht illuminates.
Marinate chicken breast in swe et chilli sauce
for 1-4 hours.
Mix together lettuce and chi lli.
Place the drained chicken on to th e
preheated Kambrook Stainl ess Steel Health
Grill. Close the lid and cook for 4 minut es or
until the chicken is cooked through .
Slice rolls open, spread the avocado ad d the
lettuce and chilli mixture, co oked chicken
and cheese slices.
Top with the coriander.
Serve immediately.

AUSSIE BEEF BURGER
SERvES 4
600g beef mince
1 brown onion, finely sliced
1 x 60g egg
½ cup (125g) bread crumbs
½ cup (125g) freshly chopped parsley and ch ives
Salt and pepper
4 hamburger buns
¼ iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 ripe tomato, sliced
2 bacon rashers
4 slices cheddar cheese
Preheat Kambrook Stainles s Steel Health
Grill until green ‘READY’ lig ht illuminates.
Combine mince, onion, egg, b readcrumbs
and herbs in a bowl to make the hamburg ers.
Add salt and pepper to taste .
Shape 4 hamburger patties a nd place onto the
preheated Kambrook Stainl ess Steel Health
Grill. Close the lid and cook for 4- 6 minutes.
Remove and set aside. Keep warm.
Place bacon on the preheated gril l for 4
minutes. Remove and set aside. Keep w arm.
Slice the buns, add the lettuc e and sliced
tomato, then the hamburger p atty.
Place the cheese onto the meat pa tty and
then add the cooked bacon.
Serve with your favourite sauce .
