MExICAN TORTILLAS
SERvES 2
125g Mexican salsa
14 cup mashed red kidney beans
1 tablespoon freshly snippe d garlic chives
100g finely chopped chorizo sa usage
8 tortilla rounds (unfrie d variety)
100g tzatziki, prepa red dip
100g avocado dip
125g mozzarella cheese, grated
½ cup sour cream, for serving
Preheat Stainless Steal G rill until green
‘READY’ light illuminates .
Combine salsa, beans, c hives and sausage.
Divide mixture evenly and spoon over fou r
tortillas. Top with alternat ing layers of
tzatziki, avocado and chee se, then cover
with remaining four torti llas to make four
sandwiches. Be careful not ove rfill.
Place prepared tortillas , one at a time into
preheated Grill, close the lid a nd cook
until golden, crisp and heated t hrough,
approximately 4-6 minu tes or until desired
doneness.
Serve immediately with sou r cream and salad
greens.

ITALIAN VEGETARIAN FOCACCIA ROUND
SERvES 2
2 small round cheese and olive focacci a
112 tablespoons pesto
125g roma or egg tomatoes, sliced
100g bocconcini cheese, drai ned and sliced
1 medium Spanish onion, thinl y sliced
1 tablespoon balsamic vine gar
112 tablespoons extra virgin oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper, option al
Preheat Grill until green ‘R EADY’ light
illuminates.
Split focaccia in half to form t wo sandwiches.
Spread cut sides with pesto. Co mbine
tomatoes, cheese, onion , vinegar, oil and
seasonings then divide tom ato mixture
evenly and spoon over pesto on two foca ccia
halves. Cover with remaining foc accia halves.
Place prepared focaccias into p reheated Grill,
close the lid and cook until golden, c risp and
heated through, approximate ly 6-8 minutes
or until desired doneness.
Serve immediately.
PROSCUITTO BAGUETTE
SERvES 2
2 small-medium baguett e rolls
80g Italian proscuitt o
75g bocconcini cheese, thinly sl iced
4 basil leaves
Freshly ground black pepper, optiona l
1 tablespoon extra virgi n olive oil
Preheat Kambrook Stainles s Steel Health
Grill until green ‘READY’ lig ht illuminates.
Split baguette in half. Fi ll with layers of
prosciutto, cheese and basil . Season to taste
and drizzle with oil.
Place prepared baguettes i nto preheated
Kambrook Stainless Steel H ealth Grill, close
the lid and cook until golden, cris p and
heated through, approximate ly 6-8 minutes
or until desired doneness.
Serve immediately, cut in half.
