Chocolate and Blackberry Ricotta Toastie

4 slices bread

40g fresh ricotta

30g dark chocolate, melted

2 tablespoons blackberries

1.Preheat the Toastie Maker until the green ‘READY’ light illuminates.

2.Place two pieces of bread into the Toastie Maker and top with ricotta, chocolate and blackberries.

3.Place the remaining two slices of bread on top and cook for 4 minutes or until golden brown.

Hazelnut Banana Toastie

4 slices bread

1 tablespoon chocolate hazelnut spread

1 tablespoon honey

1 banana, thinly sliced

1.Preheat the Toastie Maker until the green ‘READY’ light illuminates.

2.Spread two pieces of bread with chocolate hazelnut spread and place spread side up into the Toaster Maker.

3.Top with honey and slices of banana.

4.Place the remaining two slices of bread on top and cook for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
