When installed,operatedand maintainedaccordingto all instructionssuppliedwith the product,if this appliancefailsdue to a defectin materialand workmanshipwithinone year irom the date of purchase,call 1-800-4-MY-HOME""to arrangefor free repair.lf the sealed refrigerantsystem is defectivewithinfive years from the purchasedate,call 1-800-4-MY-HOVEoto arrangefor free repair.All warrantycoverageappliesfor only 90 days from the date of purchase if this productis ever used for other than privatefamily purposes.

This warranty covers only defects in material and workmanship. Sears will NOT pay for: - can

1 . Expendabieitemsthat wear out from normaluse, includingbut not limitedto filters,

belts,lightbulbs,and bags .

2. A servicetechnicianto instructthe user in correctproductinstallation,operationor

maintenance .

3 . A servicetechnicianto clean or maintainthis product'

4 . Damageto or failureof this productif it is not installed,operatedor maintained accordingto all the instructionssuppliedwith the product'

5 . Damage'toor failureof this productresultingfrom accident,abuse,misuseor use for

otherthan its intendedPurpose .

6. Damageto or failureof ifris productcaused by the use of detergents,cleaners,chemicals or utensilsotherthan those recommendedin all instructionssuppliedwith the product'

Z . Damageto or failureof partsor systemsresultingfrom unauthorizedmodifications made to this product .
