5-2 Switching the Play Modes
The play modes of the player include the program mode, disc random mode and all random mode in addition to the track mode for normal playback.
Select the desired play mode and enjoy disc playback in many ways.
5-3 Program Playback
Use the following procedure to select desired tracks (up to 32 tracks) from different discs and program them in the desired order. (Program playback is not available with DVD VIDEO, MP3)

4. With a DVD AUDIO, select a group by pressing one |
of 0 to 9 buttons on the remote. |

Program mode : Desired tracks in a desired disc can be programmed in the desired order.
Random mode : Tracks can be played in a random order.
Disc random mode : Tracks in a desired disc can be played in a random order.p
All random mode : Tracks in all discs in the stocker

Track mode : Normal playback in order of tracks.

÷Some operations may be restricted depending on the played disc or player status.
÷When the played disc is a

Operation procedure
1.In stop mode, press the PGM button.
÷The “PGM” indicator on the front panel will light up.
2.On the remote control unit, press the DISC SEL. but- ton and select the disc number containing the track to be programmed.
÷The disc number can also be selected using the DISC + (up)/– (down) button on the remote.
÷The disc number can also be selected by rotating the DISC knob on the front panel.
÷Perform every step within 20 seconds after the previous step.
÷It is also possible to enter the disc number alone without selecting a group and/or track number in the program list. In this case, all of the tracks in the disc will be played back.
÷Newly programmed tracks are appended to the end of the existing program.
3.Press the SET button.
÷If you commit a mistake in the numeric button input, press the CLEAR button and restart the input from the beginning.

6. | Select a track number with 0 to 9 and +10 button. |
7. | Press the SET button to enter the track in the program |

| ÷ Up to 32 tracks can be programmed by repeating |
| steps 2 to 7 for each. No more tracks can be |
| programmed when the display shows "FULL". |
8. Press the 3 button.
÷Tracks will be played in the order they are programmed.
÷When the 4 or ¢ button is pressed during playback, the track will be skipped in the direction of the pressed button.
