CONDENSATION DRAINAGE

When the air conditioning unit is operating in air conditioning or dehumidifying mode, the condensation is collected in a special tank. When the tank is full, the "tank full" indicator light on the control panel flashes.

Remove the condensation tank, empty and replace on the unit as shown in the following figures.

3.Do not remove the cap of the tube in the water tank compartment (present in certain models only) while the unit is operating with condensation collecting in the tank as this could lead to leaks of water.

CONTINUOUS CONDENSATION DRAINAGE

To drain condensation continuously without the air conditioning unit shutting down, pro- ceed as follows (models designed for conti- nuous condensation drainage only):

1.Pass the tube in the tank compartment through the hole in the tank (see figure).

2.Remove the cap from the tube and con- nect it to an external pipe (not provided) able to drain the condensation continuou- sly.

Attention

1.While the air conditioning unit is operating in air conditioning or dehumidifying mode, do not extract the condensation tank before it is full, otherwise a buzzer will sound indica- ting that the compressor has stopped. The unit will switch to FAN mode.

2.To remove the tank before it is completely full, the unit must be stopped by turning it off or operating it in FAN mode only, waiting about three minutes to avoid the conden- sation dripping outside the tank, then remo- ving the tank.
