Operation procedure

Whilethissystemcanbecontrolled from either the remote control or the main unit, the explanations in this manual primarily describe operation procedures using the remote control.

Remote control keys used in the procedure

CD

Playing a CD. As well as normal playback, you can use folder playback, program playback, random playback and repeat playback.

Playing a CD

CD tray

Load and play a CD.

zIf you have already loaded a disc, just press the [CDE] key to turn the system on and begin playback.

1Press the [L] key on the main unit to open the CD tray and then load the CD.

z Load the disc that the labeled side faces upwards and the disc sits snugly in the tray.

2Press the [L] key on the main unit to close the CD tray.

The “READING” message flashes while the unit is reading the information on the

CD.

3Press the [CDE] key.

 

 

 

z The system displays text information

Discs recorded in mixed formats of CD-DA format and formats that are not

*Mix mode is a mode in which the CD-DA format is combined with audio file such as MP3, WMA and AAC.
