How To Arrange For Out-Of-Warranty Service

Length of

Warranty:

One Year Full warranty: for one year from date of purchase.

KitchenAid Canada Will Pay For:

Replacement parts and repair labour costs to correct defects in materials and workmanship. Service must be provided by a designated KitchenAid Service Centre.

KitchenAid Canada Will Not Pay For:

A. Repairs when

Immersion Blender is

used in other than

normal single-family

household use.

B. Damage resulting from

accident, alteration,

misuse or abuse, fire,

floods, acts of God, or

use of products not

approved by

Take the Immersion Blender or ship prepaid and insured to a designated KitchenAid Service Centre. Your repaired Immersion Blender will be returned prepaid and insured.

All out-of-warranty service should be handled by a designated KitchenAid Service Centre.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province.
