Nothing
happens when
printing from
Bluetooth
technology
enabled device
■Internal Bluetooth wireless technology radio is off. Press Bluetooth
button, then try again.
■Move within range of Bluetooth wireless technology radio signal 30 ft
(10 m).
■Device does not find printer. On device, turn wireless technology on, then
repeat the discovery process.
■Device does not use OPP (Object Push Profile), FTP (File Transfer
Protocol), or BPP (Basic Printer Profile) profile.
On/Off light
Light status Cause Action/solution
Light off Power off. Connect power, then press On/Off
button to turn power on.
Light glows steady Photo printer ready for printing. None required.
Light blinks Photo printer printing. None required.
