AF Control

Continuous AF—uses TTL (Through The Lens) AF.

Choose an auto-focus setting.

Because the camera is always focusing, there is no need to

 

press the Shutter button halfway down to focus.

 

Single AF (default)—uses TTL-AF when the Shutter

 

button is pressed halfway down.

 

 

Color Mode

High Color

Choose color tones.

Natural Color (default)

 

Low Color

 

Black & White

 

Sepia—for pictures with a reddish-brown, antique look.

 

NOTE: EasyShare software also lets you change a color picture to

 

black-and-white or sepia.

 

Unavailable in Video mode.

 

 

Sharpness

High

Control picture sharpness.

Normal (default)

 

Low

 

Available only in PASM/C mode.

 

 

Reset to Default

All picture-taking settings return to their default.

 

Available only in PASM/C mode.

 

 

Set Album

On

Choose Album names.

Off (default)

You can apply different Set Album

Pre-select album names before you take pictures or videos.

choices to videos and to pictures.

Then, all the pictures or videos you take are tagged with

 

those album names. See Tagging pictures/videos for albums,

 

page 46.
