Loading the battery
CAUTION:
Use only a Kodak EasyShare Li-Ion rechargeable battery
(KLIC-7000) and orient it as shown. Using other batteries
may damage the camera.
Always turn the camera off when inserting and removing the battery.
1Open the slot cover.
2Insert the battery as illustrated.
3Close the slot cover.
To remove the battery, slide the release tab and
pull the battery out.
Important battery information

Battery safety and handling

■Do not allow batteries to touch metal objects, including coins. Make sure
that the battery contacts do not touch metal clips or keys during
transportation or storage. Otherwise, a battery may short circuit, discharge
energy, become hot, or leak.
■For battery disposal information, check with your local authorities.

Battery life

Your box contains a Kodak EasyShare Li-Ion rechargeable battery. Actual
battery life may vary based on usage.
