2.14 Registering the One-Touch Key and Temporary Registration Key

By using the [Search Key] and [Lookup Address] buttons, you can use the LDAP functions to search and input the destination e-mail address. Multiple e-mail addresses can be input simultaneously using group functions. For details, see “When Scan to E-mail is selected” on page 2- 37.

Enter the following settings as necessary.

Original Mode: Specify the document scan mode.

Original Size: Specify the scan size of the document.

Resolution: Specify the resolution.

File Format (Data Format):

Specify the format of the image file.

Color Mode: Specify the color mode of the image file.

Background Remove:

Enter the background remove settings.

Orientation: Specify the image direction with the document set in the ADF or Platen Grass.

Binding: Specify the direction of the margin of the document for duplex printing.

Compression Level:

Specify the compression level of the image file.

Brightness: Specify the brightness of the document.
