7 Performing a Scan to E-Mail Operation

7.1 Basic Transmission

1Position the document(s) to be scanned.
2Press the [Fax/Scan] key.
HFor a copier, press the [Scan] key.
3Touch [10-Key Dialing].
Specify the recipient in any
of the following ways.
HFor a copier, touch
[Addr. Input].
HSelect a recipient from
the list on the One-
Touch screen . → Refer
to page 7-5.
HSelect a recipient by
searching for it by name.

HType in the number of the one-touch key for the desired recipient.
