Operating your Starplus-45

1 MAKING AND RECEIVING CALLS

MAKING A CALL	1.	Pick up the handset. Listen	1.	Key in desired

SPEAKPHONE

You can place a call on speakerphone anytime by pressing SPEAKER during a call, then place the handset on hook. Picking up the handset (off hook) will transfer the call from speaker-phone to the handset. The display will show SPEAKERPHONE, and the SPEAKER LED will light in this mode.

Your Starplus45 comes with a LED backlight keypad and display. It will turn on auto- matically when you are making a call. The “New Call” LED will flash to indicate a new call was received. This LED feature is also used as a message waiting * indicator.
