When deleting the destination of a contact

registration or group

1Press the U or V key to select [Delete].

2Press the OK key.

3Press [Yes] (the Left Select key). This deletes

the selected destination or group.

9Press the OK key.

10 Press [Yes] (the Left Select key). The change or

deletion of the registration contents is reflected on

the Address Book.

Printing Address List

You can print the list of destinations registered in the Address Book.

You can sort the list in the order of names or address numbers of the destinations.

1Press the System Menu/Counter key.

2Press the U or V key to select [Edit Destination].

3Press the OK key.

4Press the U or V key to select [Print List].

5Press the OK key.

6Press the U or V key to select [FAX List(Index)] or

[FAX List(No.)].

7Press the OK key.

8Press [Yes] (the Left Select key). The list is

printed.
