1. Introduction

Congratulations on the purchase of your new LaCie 2big Triple. This high-performance, extremely flexible RAID (Redundant Array of Independent/Inexpensive Disks) subsystem is ideally suited for integration with databases, imaging systems and e-mail and Web serv- ers.
