Read the manuals and review the Troubleshooting section. If you have asked yourself all of the pertinent questions in the troubleshooting checklist, and you still can’t get your LaCie device to work properly, contact us via the provided Web link. Before contacting us, make
sure that you have your LaCie drive’s serial number on hand. Also note your system’s and the drives’ firmware information prior to contacting after sales (refer to page 30, System Info and Devic Info).
